Having crossed the gap from print publication to online directory, Spa Finder, long known as a great magazine, is an ideal way to find the spa experience of your dreams. It lists more than 350 destination spas, including active spas for hiking, biking and golf, spas geared to “lifestyle management” and the just plain luxurious. You’d be hard pressed not to find the spa holiday of your dreams.

It is amazing what a bit of pampering can do for the body and soul. If you haven’t experienced the healing qualities of a quiet few minutes soaking in a hot tub, or the cleansing powers of an herb-infused steam bath, you are missing one of life’s great pleasures. Throw in a massage, facial and body treatment and you have a whole new you!

For those of us who are chronologically challenged, there are 466 day spas located in cities and towns across the US. So even if you just have a few hours to spare, you can still revive and rejuvenate, and feel like a complete person again.
